From Ralph

"I was searching the web for the Royal Kangaroos and was very surprised to find it. I grew up watching Portland Wrestling and enjoyed the Royal Kangaroos very much. I remember when Jonathan Boyd first started in Portland my himself, and later on Norman Charles the III joined him. Dutch Savage, Stan Stasiack, Von Steigers, Tony Borne, Stuka, Jessie Ventura, Rowdy Roddy Piper, all wrestled in Portland, Oregon, and that was some great times. Mike Popavich was a friend of mine and a professional wrestler and told me some of his matches with Jonathan Boyd. Jonathan Boyd was a great very athletic. I was amazed how he could do a wrestler's bridge on his head in the ring and then skim across the ring mat on his head. Some of the greatest matches was watching The Royal Kangaroo's fight Curt and Carl Von Steiger. I wished they had videos of the Portland Wrestling from the past, would be great to have some of those matches. Maybe you know where to get them or if you have some yourself please let me know. I'm sad about Jonathan Boyd's death, and would appreciate some details about this. I talked with him for a couple of hours a few years back when he worked for Jody's Restaurant in Portland, Oregon. He had his head shaved and wore a beard at the time. He told me that Norman moved and was living in Hawaii. The best to Norman charles the III of the Royal Kangaroo's, one of the best tag teams of Professional wrestling."
